Design around how people think.
Once I have evidence of a shared problem, I map patterns, understand the context, and define what is worth solving. In larger teams, clear ownership, deadlines, and task tracking help keep the work moving.
I use moodboards to explore a direction, considering audience response and marketing from the start. I prototype complex interactions and take simpler ideas straight from mapping into a working product.
I focus on the outcome, choosing tools to suit the work. I move between AI-assisted workflows and hands-on design to turn a clear direction into a working product I can test and refine.
Keeping a product useful means revisiting both the design and the original problem. I use feedback loops to refine the experience, rethink the scope, and keep questioning what could be better.
Validate the problem. Map it. Build it. Keep questioning.
